LOCATION:
Situated 23km from Dullstroom on the Tonteldoos gravel road. ACCOMMODATION:

There are timber window and door frames with burglar bars throughout and security gates on doors. The house is plastered with stone features under corrugated iron.

Main Farmhouse:

SOLAR:

- There are currently 12 panels on the north facing roof of the main house and two invertors, housed in the main house. These supply the main house, cottage and packing shed with all their electrical requirements;

FARMING:

- The eragrostis yields approximately 400 bales per year;
