This 100.12 Ha citrus farm is situated ±5km east of Redelinghuys.

The farm is developed with 11 Ha of Nadorcots Mandarin Citrus (5 855 trees) and offers ± 49 Ha of irrigable land which can be used for growing vegetables or rooibos tea. The farm also has one small dam from which the citrus orchards are irrigated.

Farm buildings consist of a 3-bedroom main house, a shed with a fertilizer room and workshop, 2 managers' houses, and a hostel that can accommodate ± 32 laborers. All buildings are well maintained and in good repair.

Water for domestic use and irrigation of Citrus is obtained from boreholes.

The average rainfall is ±250 mm per annum.
