A large, fully equipped processing room with industrial strength meat hanging beams, stainless steel work benches, granite work tops, a biltong processing room, a cold storage room with built-in frame and freezer room.
There is also seperate packaging room with extra storage rooms adjacent to the said packaging room.
The abattoir has a shop area with roller-shutter doors, a large open plan work area with work stations also equipped with granite work tops, and numerous patio areas and walk ways.
