This privately situated farm is ideally suited for the person who wants to farm on a small scale or just want to live in peace and quiet, away from the noise of the city or towns.
The farm is divided into 6 camps consisting of approximately 28ha of arable land, and the rest fynbos/deck reed and some rooiputjie wood.
Approximately 28 old arable land that have been taken over with fynbos and deck reed for which permission can be obtained from the Department of Agriculture to clear the 28 ha to be arable land again.
3 room cottage in need of attention, with solar power.
Camp 1 and 2 currently have livestock watering and livestock handling facilities, as well as a solar pump and dam with water which comes from a water hole.
The cottage and camp 3 also get water from the water
hole.
In camp 6 there is a pond and water hole, however the water hole is not currently equipped, and the windmill is out of order. The water hole and dam supply water to Camp 5 and 6.
Camp 4 does have pipes that can be connected from the tank at home for water, but there is no livestock drinking.
