Raas Water River Lodge is situated on the banks of the Vaal River. This exciting Lodge, is a Holiday Resort and a
Conference Centre. It is situated 25 km from Potchefstroom on the R501.
It has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere and is ideal for couples and romantic visits. There are thirteen chalets and 16
attractive and comfortable rooms. They are beautifully decorated with earth tones. The bedrooms and guest rooms are
designed in ethnic art. The landscape garden leads to a living room.
There are three Conference rooms, a double story dormitory which accomplish 50 people. The Riverside camping sites as well as the
higher camping sites have power points. Braai areas available and a pool to enjoy including 3 Jetty's. It is a magnificent area for
fly-fishing, yellow fish and deep
water for barber and carp fishing.
The property is absolutely ideal for a variety of occasions and to accommodate large groups of people.
Other facilities that the property includes are: volleyball, fly - fishing, fishing, archery, rafting, high ropes, paintball course and
ability course.
All furniture, fittings and appliances are included in the Lodge. The staff who are trustworthy, are willing to continue working for the
Lodge if required.
