An equipped borehole provides drinking water, while the off grid power system includes a 20 kVA main system, 32 kWh battery backup, 40 solar panels, and a 50 kVA diesel generator. The main farmhouse has a separate 12 kVA system with 20 kWh backup and 24 solar panels.
Hiking trails, 4x4 routes, six storage containers, and security systems in all cottages further enhance the property.
