265 ha in extent, with 46 ha in production, this Macadamia farm is situated +- 28 km from Nelspruit. The Macadamia orchards include 46 ha of 15 to 18 year old trees and 24 ha of 2 year old trees of the following varieties: Nelmac-2, Nelmac-D and 816. Nut production for the previous 2 seasons exceeded 100 tons. Water rights are registered for 120 ha. The orchards are irrigated from a storage dam. Approval is in place for the construction of a further 5 storage dams. The farm can be developed to accommodate 180 ha of orchards. The irrigation system was designed with this in mind.

Fixed improvements include post harvesting equipment and storage and drying facilities for 90 tons of Macadamias.
