The property has a carrying capacity of 1/30 LSU. The grazing consists of various grasses, trees and bush. Bushman grass tall and short, gemsbok- ,duinkweek, blink saad, ganna, grey camel thorn, sheperds tree, lemoendooring, kriedooring, swarthaak but to name a thew. The perimeter fencing is Jackal proof and the internal fences are 1.2m, 11 strand stockproof fences, all well maintained. The property has 40 camps and most of them have two water points. Water is provided by 10 boreholes equipped with solar pumps and is distributed by pipeline to tanks and a resvoirs to provide water to all camps.
There are six sheep handling facilities on the farm with one located at the house as well as one for cattle, both of them are equipped with loading ramps.
Fifteen smaller camps at the home that can accommodate 40 to 50 ewes are perfect for lambing or synchronizing of ewes.
