The farm is located on the Botswana border, with the Marico River forming the Northern boundary.

It is close to the Atherstone Nature Reserve in Limpopo, South Africa, with the closest town being Dwaalbroom.

The infrastructure is well developed and Eskom power being supplied to the farm. There is a main house, hunters accommodation, servants quarters, slaughter house and plenty storage rooms and workshops around the property all connect with a well maintained network of roads.

The entire farm is fenced with a 2.4m high game proof fence and is electrified.

There is also 4ha Crop Fields with irrigation for established Rhodes Grass and Maize planted each year as supplementary feed for the animals. The irrigation system is supported by a brand new reservoir with a volume of 116 000 litres.

There is also a Buffalo Boma on the farm, it consist of one camp and three compartments to hold animals. It is 100m x 40m and is built with Steel and padded with conveyor belts, there are five water troughs, feeding troughs and nine gates
