MAIN LODGE on the game reserve consists of:
5 X fully equipped chalets, 90m² each.
Each chalet has a bedroom, one bathroom with shower, bath, 3 x basins, huge living room, and small kitchen with bar fridge fully contained.
One chalet has a walk-in safe, veranda and outside gym in addition to the above.
The lodge main building is 330 m 2. It hosts an open plan kitchen with granite tops, two living areas, bar area with seating for 18 people, walk in fridge, 2X freezers, 2 X bathrooms, Jacuzzi and a huge deck that leads up to the swimming pool.
The main lodge also has a Lapa with braai facilities, Boma, dining room that caters for 18 people, reception area, office, laundry and an extra room for accommodation. The lodge has a separate storage building with 15 000-liter water tanks on top and an irrigation system.
The Lodge has its own helipad for day-time use only.
The Lodge has two X elevated “thatched hides” and two X ground blinds for game watching. 6 X animal pens (625 m2 each) where animals can be kept before transportation or any other, bio-security or any other physical reason. Each pen has water and feeding troughs with a shelter.

Acacia varieties, Camel thorn, Buffalo Thorn, Leadwood, Terminalia, Raisin bush and Acacia Vachellia (kirkii) also known as floodplain Acacia, Red Bush willow.
Grasses comprise Buffalo varieties, Eragrostis, coach and edible mixtures.
Topography and veld.
Flat to slightly sloping with sweetveld on clay, sandy and sandy loam types of soil.
This farm can form a basis to create a top Big 5 wildlife sanctuary as it has the habitat and location to create something special to expand on.
