Approximately 1 ha is allocated to buildings and is fenced with Bonnox wire and razor wire, with access gates at the entrance as well as an electric sliding gate at the house.
Approximately 2 ha is planted with Eragrostis.
There is also a structure with raised planting beds equipped with irrigation.
Furthermore, there are approximately 2,000 artichoke plants, between 1 and 2 years old. According to the owner, an income of approximately R250,000 to R300,000 can be generated from the artichokes.

Main House
The main house has 3 bedrooms, one of which is currently used as a small office. All rooms have built-in cupboards.

The roof includes translucent panels allowing natural light, with a wooden ceiling finish. There is also an additional room currently used as a lounge.
Carport and Large Store
There is a spacious carport accommodating 2 vehicles. Adjacent to this is a workshop secured with steel gates.
This carport forms part of a large store building constructed neatly with face brick. The store includes:
• A large roller door as the main entrance
• A smaller access door
The building receives ample natural light and includes a built-in walk-in safe.
On the outside of the store:
• 3 external rooms/storage rooms
• 1 outside toilet
There is also a separate building next to the store with 2 storage rooms.

A neat steel and corrugated iron shed with a roller door and paved floor.
Ideal for equipment such as a small tractor and implements.
Flat (Apartment)
There is a flat of approximately 60 m² that requires complete renovation.
Interior access was not possible, but according to the owner, it is currently
uninhabitable.
Building rubble is visible in the photos.
The flat includes an outbuilding/store but has no garage or carport.
Although the flat has its own fenced yard, there is currently no vehicle access.
There is also a significant crack/gap in the structure, indicating that part of the building may be separating from the rest.
Horse Stables
There is a corrugated iron structure used as horse stables, with space for 2 horses. A horse ring is also present.
